AI Sales Assistant and your CRM

Send enquiries to your CRM. Built around the process your team uses.

You may use an industry CRM or an internal system. We assess how to send it contact details and the substance of an AI conversation: what to create, which fields to fill and who should continue. The connection approach follows a review of access and system capabilities.

Integration is quoted separately; an AI Sales Assistant subscription starts at $99 per month.

Start with what your system supports

The CRM name is a starting point. We need to understand what it can receive and what your staff need to see.

01 · Capabilities

Information for the assessment

  • The CRM name and version, an administrator contact and your current enquiry-handling process.
  • Documentation for an available API, incoming events or another supported way to receive data.
  • Plan limits, required permissions and a suitable way to test the integration with sample data.

02 · Enquiry structure

Define the result for your team

  • An example target record: contact, enquiry, requirements and the person responsible for the next step.
  • Rules for creating or updating records, required fields and repeat enquiries.
  • How to verify delivery and handle records needing clarification. Data flowing back from the CRM is assessed separately.

Integration feasibility is confirmed after reviewing your CRM. The example shows a proposed result. Universal connectors, full database migration and two-way synchronisation are not automatically included.

From assessment to a test enquiry

Before implementation, agree which data goes where and when.

  1. Assess the connection method

Review system capabilities and permissions to establish whether the required handoff is supported.

  2. Map the fields

Match conversation details to the record, stage and owner. Define the integration scope.

  3. Test one complete workflow

After setup, follow a sample enquiry through the system and review the result with your team.

If your CRM is not listed

We start with feasibility and a useful outcome for staff.

Can you connect a custom-built system?

We can assess it alongside commercial CRMs. It needs a supported way to receive data and a technical contact on your side. Feasibility, scope and timing follow that review.

What if the CRM has no accessible API?

We check other officially supported exchange methods. If automatic delivery is unavailable, we discuss a separate enquiry-handling route rather than promise an unsupported connection.

Do we need to send the whole conversation?

Not always. Contact details, requirements and a short summary may be enough. We agree what staff need, what the CRM accepts and which details should be shared.

Can the assistant read order status or stock from the CRM?

That is a separate requirement. Live-data answers need suitable access, update rules and accuracy checks. Sending a new enquiry does not automatically include reading the whole CRM.
